Instructional Coaching 

Our experienced instructional coaches work closely with teachers in one-on-one coaching sessions. Through a collaborative and reflective process, coaches provide personalized support, guidance, and feedback tailored to the unique needs and goals of each teacher. We help teachers refine their instructional practices, implement research-based strategies, and address specific challenges in their math classrooms.​

We facilitate the formation of professional learning communities (PLCs) to promote collaboration and peer support among educators. Our instructional coaches guide PLCs in discussing best practices, sharing resources, and engaging in professional dialogue. These communities provide a platform for teachers to learn from each other, reflect on their teaching practices, and collectively work towards improving math instruction school-wide.
